We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an evolving organization with significant potential for career progression.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling).
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all your clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Effectively manage client relationships.
This role offers remote working with an expectation to attend the office at least once per month.
