If you’re a Construction Solicitor looking to build a career with a highly respected regional firm, this is a standout opportunity. The firm’s Construction team is growing and now seeking an ambitious lawyer to work across a stimulating mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters.
The Role
You’ll join a Legal 500–rated team advising funders, developers, contractors, and employers on a wide range of construction issues. Expect a genuinely varied caseload, including:
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
• Advising on project documentation
• Handling disputes, adjudications, and contentious matters
• Working closely with commercial, property, and corporate teams
• Managing both contentious and non‑contentious work from day one
This is a role where you’ll gain exposure to high‑quality matters while developing your technical expertise in a supportive environment.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
• A Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in both contentious and non‑contentious work
• Confident managing a varied caseload and delivering clear, commercial advice
• Keen to contribute to business development and help grow the team’s client base
• A strong communicator with excellent commercial awareness
NQ solicitors are encouraged to apply, provided you’ve completed at least one construction seat.
