đź“Ť Work Locations
As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across Stevenage and all surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius, primarily covering:
1. Stevenage Borough: Old Town, Broadwater, Shephall, Chells, Poplars, Pin Green, Symonds Green, and St Nicholas.
2. Surrounding Towns & Villages: Knebworth, Hitchin, Walkern, Aston, Graveley, Great/Little Wymondley, and Datchworth. (If you live within 5 miles of Stevenage town centre, we have local rounds for you!)
đźš— A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect, your responsibilities will include:
6. đź’§ Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care)
7. đź’Š Medication support (preparation and administration)
8. 🚶 Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment)
9. 🍽️ Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, and feeding if required)
10. 🏡 Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
11. 🤝 Companionship (building meaningful relationships and emotional support)
Qualifications
🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
