* Supporting pupils through de-escalation, emotional regulation, and reintegration following difficult periods
* Maintaining accurate, sensitive records of pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and progress to inform wider MDT planning

SEMH Support Assistant - What the School is Looking For
The ideal SEMH Support Assistant will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous experience supporting young people with SEMH or complex needs in a UK school or educational setting is highly valued.
