Overview
Your Role:
You’ll serve as the friendly face and steady support that keeps the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
* Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
* Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with next steps
* Support referrals, paperwork, and patient records with accuracy and care
* Work closely with therapists and teammates to deliver an excellent patient experience
* Help keep the front office clean, organized, and patient-ready
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
* Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
