Responsibilities
* Conduct telephone assessments with patients following GP referrals.
* Gather detailed patient histories to assist consultants in forming management plans.
* Discuss risks and benefits of surgical procedures or tests recommended by consultants, documenting patient agreement in principle.
About You
The ideal Specialist Registrar, ENT will:
* Hold a valid GMC registration and licence to practice.
* Have at least 2 years of substantive NHS experience in ENT or Neuro.
* Be interested in digital health and clinical informatics.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.
