This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-category campaigns across various channels (Key Accounts or Indirect), from concept to deployment.
Your day-to-day:
* Develop and implement brand strategies for smoke-free products, increasing awareness, volume, and engagement.
* Manage marketing activities across channels, including key accounts and vape channels.
* Develop tailored marketing plans, oversee their execution, and visit channels monthly to ensure alignment.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve sales goals through joint business plans.
* Plan and execute trade marketing strategies online and offline, including direct channel interactions.
* Manage campaign creation, testing, deployment, and evaluation for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate campaigns across product portfolios and omni-channels, leveraging digital platforms.
* Create toolkits for field teams to ensure flawless execution.
* Distribute materials and activities timely across channels and manage digital content calendars.
* Develop marketing collateral and negotiate with partners to maximize opportunities.
* Manage budgets, monitor effectiveness, and optimize spend.
* Align marketing strategies with brand objectives, providing guidance to teams.
* Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and report on initiatives.
* Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
About you:
* Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles.
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Technical knowledge of POS solutions and digital media.
* Ability to multitask and work in an agile environment.
