Commercial Property Solicitor - Yorkshire

As part of the firm’s continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join this expanding team. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the autonomy to manage a varied caseload while working closely with clients and colleagues alike.
The Role
You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant work. You'll be part of a supportive team culture that encourages development and cross-department collaboration, while contributing to the firm’s wider growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions with minimal supervision
* Providing tailored, strategic advice to a diverse client base
* Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of file management
* Collaborating with other departments to offer a seamless client experience
* Taking part in business development and contributing to firm-wide initiatives

Candidate Profile:

* 3–6 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial property law
* Confident managing complex transactions from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Organised, methodical, and capable of managing competing deadlines
* Strong commercial acumen with the flexibility to support business needs
