The Role
- Permanent, full-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner opportunity in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Dronfield, or Mansfield
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small conveyancing team within a dynamic department
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring high-quality service for clients
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering professional development
- Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive departmental growth and efficiency
- Play an active role in shaping and expanding the department, supported by innovative technology and a supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a caseload of residential property transactions
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing guidance on legal issues and case management
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver first-class legal services
- Utilise case management systems and other technology to streamline processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Residential Property Department
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact.
You will have:
- At least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with case management systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and outstanding communication abilities
- Leadership experience and a genuine passion for mentoring and team development
