Subcontractor Manager Location: Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire Hours: Full-time, 8am5pm MondayFriday 1 weekend day in 4 (Saturday or Sunday) Type: Permanent This is an office-based role no remote working. We are looking for an experienced Subcontractor Manager to take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, and managing both new and existing subcontractors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled resources and maintaining high performance standards across our subcontractor network. The Role You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing subcontractors to support our planned works and void refurbishment projects. From ensuring compliance to maintaining quality standards, you will be the key link between subcontractors, our contracts team, and site managers.
