About the Role
The Technical contact for all ASUS Commercial SYS products will provide technical support pre and post sales, analyze and understand the specificities needed for tenders to compile tender responses proposals.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve all technical issues for key accounts (Including onsite), liaise with HQ and Europe on issues.
* Report to the technical, product and marketing teams on the reality of the customer journey to improve our solutions and their deployment.
* Collaborate with the technical team at HQ to build and develop the technical knowledge base in solution approach.
* Support and provide solutions for bespoke volume projects.
* Suggest real world applications for new products and/or tools for Sales team at customer meetings and Business development.
* Support new projects and build custom BIOS’ and tools for large system integrators, pro-actively creating new business.
* Present technical training on multiple product lines including ASUS Control Center to colleagues, customers and distributors.
* Solid understanding of technical landscape.
* Monitor and follow up on open projects and tenders with local team.
Required Skills:
* Have good experience in diagnosing PC problems ranging from Windows to BIOS issues.
* Be able to present themselves in a very professional manner both on the phone and over email.
* Be enthusiastic about PC hardware and willing to continue learning as new technology is released.
* You are proficient in technical solutions (SCCM, Mastering, IT Technique HW & SW).
* Proficient in software such as Microsoft, AutoPilot, InTune, Azure, O365.
* You have expertise in workstation techniques.
Experience:
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
