We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who not only has strong commercial acumen and retail experience, but also brings real passion and energy to their work. Reporting to the Senior Sales Controller, you’ll be responsible for driving both sell-in and sell-out, managing account performance, and building long-term partnerships across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve annual sell-out growth and monthly sell-in targets through strategic account management.
* Accurately forecast stock needs for core, NPD, and seasonal lines.
* Manage retailer investments, budgets, and ensure timely payments.
* Lead annual contract negotiations to optimize financial terms.
* Create tailored sales strategies aligned with brand goals per channel/retailer.
* Secure NPD listings and promotional support through compelling presentations.
* Ensure strong in-store/digital execution and brand visibility.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key retail partners.
* Analyse category and SKU data to inform planning and decision-making.
* Provide clear monthly performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor brand/category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
* Conduct regular store visits and digital audits to assess execution and presence.

* Data-led and curious — able to not only report performance, but understand what’s happening and why .
