With branches in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, they specialize in overseas warehousing, customs clearance, and transshipment services, supporting China‑Europe cross‑border e‑commerce and international trade.
Job Responsibilities
* Handle customs clearance procedures for imports and exports.
* Ensure compliance with UK customs regulations and procedures.
* Work with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients to resolve clearance issues.
* Process customs declarations using CDS (Customs Declaration Service).
* Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and declarations.
* Assist in resolving any customs‑related delays or discrepancies.
* Provide support for cross‑border logistics operations between the UK and Belgium.
Job Requirements
* Experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics.
* Knowledge of UK and EU import / export regulations.
* Familiarity with customs declaration systems (CDS, CHIEF, etc.) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred but not required).
