Responsibilities:
1. Deliver planned facilities and service activities related to soft services management, acting as the Responsible Person or Point of Contact.
2. Work within a diverse internal network of teams and external customers.
3. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
4. Gather data, update relevant documents and systems, and maintain accurate work schedules.
5. Follow process and system standards in line with business and user requirements.
6. Access and apply relevant Quality and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) Management System documentation, ensuring full compliance with control measures and security policies.
7. Represent the soft services team at key meetings across Warton Unit, focusing on SHE data, utilization, and stakeholder presentations.
8. Manage onsite contractor activities related to Soft Services safely and effectively.
9. Support customer relationships by providing one-to-one support, setting clear expectations, and ensuring service delivery.
10. Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors to deliver value and satisfaction.
11. Maintain budgetary and financial awareness for soft services activities.
Additional Information:
As a Senior Works Services Engineer within the Facilities Team, you will focus on soft services management, including FOH, HS&E, and contractor management at Warton Unit, primarily at the Samlesbury site. You will respond swiftly to emergencies and support various soft services activities, working as part of a high-performing team.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in facilities or construction environment.
* Stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.
* Experience managing third-party contractors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Membership in a professional body is desirable.
* Qualifications in Facilities Management/Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
