You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.
You will join our amazing residential team in Quadring, Spalding. This is a permanent position with hours available up to 25 per week.
We are offering an hourly rate from £11.75 with e nhanced rates for weekends/ overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
Day shifts are between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday with a range of shift patterns available.
***To be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.
