dedicated Teacher Support Assistant
to join our team for
20 hours per week
to help provide high-quality learning support both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to boost learning and confidence.
* Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and displays.
* Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Promote the school's values and ethos in all aspects of school life.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience of working with children (preferably in a school setting).
* Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children succeed.
* Can work effectively as part of a supportive team.
* Has good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
* Shows initiative and flexibility in responding to the needs of pupils.
