Job Purpose: To carry out routine and emergency repairs on all trades (excluding electrical) to housing and non-housing Council properties.

Requirements
1. A full and valid UK driving license is essential to travel efficiently between various work locations in the area to meet the operational needs of the service.
2. Demonstrable experience of the ability to carry out minor repairs in joiner, mason and plumber trades.
