Are you intrigued by people's life stories, and keen to help them access the right support when they face difficulties? Are you a naturally organised, non-judgmental listener, who can "connect the dots" easily between individual needs and a Service's resources?
We are looking to recruit Intake Workers to undertake initial, individual intake appointments with the people who would like to access our support services. This stage informs our decision on what support to offer someone, be it an individual, a parent, a young person, or a family group.

Salary: £11,076 – £12,469 per annum
What we offer:
- a professional, flexible and fair organisational culture,
- a workplace pension scheme, with 10% on top of your salary being paid in employer's contribution (if qualifies),
- enhanced annual leave that grows further after 5 years of employment – including all Public Holidays,
- employee counselling support to you and immediate family members,
- flexible/hybrid working opportunities.
One additional position is available on a casual relief contract, offering significant flexibility and less hours on average (up to, on average, 7.5 hours per week). You may request to be considered for either or both options, in your application form.
