We have a track record of providing excellent opportunities to candidates across the country, and we are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join us.
Purpose of the job:
The Key Accounts team is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of Churches Fire's key customers. You will provide high-level administrative support to our customers and work closely with the Key Account Executives (KAE’s) and the National Account Manager to ensure customers receive excellent service. You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks consistently and escalating issues to managers and directors if a customer is at risk.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements are met.
2. Ensure all account data is up-to-date.
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to support large national customers.
4. Answer calls during high volume periods or when assigned to overflow.
5. Upload documents to customer-specific portals as per contract requirements.
6. Proactively identify process improvements, leveraging good knowledge of NAV.
7. Maintain customer comments and information on NAV and all intranet/SharePoint platforms.
8. Develop a good understanding of fire security products to assist in account management and enhance customer perception of Churches Fire.
9. Maintain excellent communication and liaison with customers and internal departments.
