Job Title: Physiotherapist – Adult Neuro Centre Banding: Band 5/6 Location: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum excellent benefits Working Hours: Full-time We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join their team across two specialist neurological centres in Sawbridgeworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and neuroprogressive disorders. Key Responsibilities Supporting and assisting in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient rehabilitation care Delivering physiotherapy services in collaboration with the Head of Therapies Leading physiotherapy practice in line with clinical governance and professional standards Conducting assessments and treatments for individuals with highly complex neurological conditions Developing, implementing, and evaluating individual rehabilitation plans Applying evidence-based clinical reasoning to create personalised care strategies Selecting and using appropriate physiotherapy assessment tools Participating in clinical audits and outcome measurement Conducting clinical risk assessments and developing risk management plans Identifying and sourcing specialist equipment for residents with complex physical needs Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist Post-qualifying experience in a relevant clinical setting Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practice A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and inspection processes Demonstrated continued professional development Benefits: The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) – plus your birthday off Free parking and meals on site Access to wellbeing support and activities to promote work-life balance Career development and training opportunities Pension contribution to support your financial future Life Assurance for added peace of mind An Enhanced Maternity Package A wide range of retail discounts and special offers Why work with Pulse?
