Our client is a busy main dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to run their service department. This position requires a hands-on approach, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small team of Vehicle Technicians and front of house staff.
Aftersales Manager Role:
To oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations – approximately 4 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors.
Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction.
Challenging and driving the performance of the Service department staff to maximize daily performance.
Managing, coaching, and motivating your team to build long-term staff satisfaction and potential progression.
Controlling costs for the department.
Monitoring performance against targets and budgets.
Managing the recruitment process as required.
Performing performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and implementing targeted marketing activities.
Reviewing Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends.
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to be an ambassador for the Brand and Dealership Group.
A stable career history demonstrating growth and success.

Package:
Basic salary depending on experience.
OTE up to £40,000 – £45,000
