As a Project Co‑Ordinator the successful candidate will be responsible for managing small customer opportunities including the overall schedule, scope and budget of the projects across all functions including technology and production and associated support functions.
Essential Functions
* Co‑coordinate cross‑functional project teams throughout the entire Project Life Cycle (PLC) in accordance with a 5‑phase stage gate process.
* Make sure each project has a suitable business case.
* Provide formal project appraisal on a regular basis to the management team against clear project Key Progress Indicators (quality, cost and schedule).
* Act as a customer contact for project related questions.
* Work with cross‑functional teams to review customer quote requests and provide information for bid responses.
* Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
* Able to create and maintain a working master schedule using MS Project including resource planning.
* Understand the use and benefits of Work, Product and Cost breakdown structures.
* Challenge the project team members and functional managers on performance and meeting targets.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
