are currently recruiting dedicated Support Staff to work within PRUs, alternative provisions, and SEND schools supporting children and young people with additional needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a genuine difference every day while helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and re-engage with learning.
The Role:
As a Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or Behaviour Mentor, you may support pupils with:
* SEMH needs
* Autism and ADHD
* Trauma and attachment difficulties
* Challenging behaviours
* Communication and learning difficulties
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide structure, encouragement, and targeted support both inside and outside of the classroom.
We Are Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people
* Backgrounds in SEND, PRU, youth work, care, coaching, or mental health support are highly valued
* Calm, adaptable, and resilient individuals
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
