We e2 80 99re now seeking a Head of Food & Beverage to take our catering operation to the next level. This senior role will shape and deliver the vision for hospitality at the Abbey, leading multi-outlet operations, driving income growth, and ensuring our caf10s, restaurant, and events operate to the highest standards.
Joining at an exciting point in our 15-year masterplan e2 80 6 including the redevelopment of the 19th Century Stables into a new hub for wellbeing, retail, and hospitality e2 80 6 you e2 809ll play a pivotal role in expanding and innovating our food and drink offer.
Responsibilities
* Leading the Abbey2 809s F&B operations across caf e9s, restaurants, weddings, and events.
* Managing budgets, financial performance, and stock control to ensure profitability.
* Embedding sustainability across food sourcing, waste reduction, and healthy choices.
* Developing outdoor and seasonal catering offers that make the most of the Abbey2 809s unique parkland setting.
* Inspiring and developing a skilled, motivated F&B team.
* Building strong supplier, partner, and client relationships.
