We’re hiring a French and Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company selling into mid-market and enterprise customers across EMEA and international markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their SaaS sales career who wants exposure to a modern, outcome-driven sales motion and clear progression into more senior roles.
What you’ll be doing
* Prospect outbound into target accounts across French and Spanish-speaking markets
* Engage senior stakeholders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings
* Personalise messaging by market, industry, and buyer persona
* Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline
* Keep CRM data clean and accurate
* Learn a complex SaaS product sold through multi-stakeholder conversations
What we’re looking for
* Fluency in French and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Professional working proficiency in English
* 1–3 years experience in an SDR / BDR / outbound sales role (SaaS preferred)
* Confidence on the phone and strong written communication skills
* Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance and progression
* Comfortable selling to business, operations, or revenue leaders
