Role Overview
We are hiring a Shift Superintendent to lead operations across a COMAH site, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of plant and wellsite operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing control room activities, plant operations, and shift teams across a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading shift teams and supervising plant operations
* Operating and monitoring plant via SCADA / DCS systems
* Ensuring daily production targets and nominations are met
* Acting as Incident Controller for site emergencies
* Driving safe working practices (Permit to Work, HSE)
* Managing shift handovers and reporting performance
* Identifying plant issues and supporting maintenance
Requirements
* Experience in oil and gas / COMAH operations
* Strong background in plant operations
* Experience using SCADA / DCS systems
* Confident leading teams in live operational environments
* Strong safety mindset (NEBOSH / Process Ops preferred)
