OT Squared are currently recruting for an experienced Temporary Works Lead for a nuclear new build project in Suffolk (Sizewell C) The minimum requirements for the role are: Site based 4-5 days a week in Leiston Suffolk - Civil Eng Degree (or equiv) - CEng MICE Chartered (or equiv) - TWC trained - Extensive TWC experience (10 years or more) Knowledge & Skills Essential Departmental management capability Understanding of the temporary works process as outlined in BS5975:2019. Understands the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015. Technical expertise in the type of work being undertaken in both design and construction (execution). Understands the principles of risk reduction and how this should be managed by the Client, the Principal Designer and the Principal Contractor. Good communication and collaboration skills Established relationships with TW design supply chain. Qualifications & Experience Essential Professionally qualified in civil or structural engineering including a degree in a relevant engineering discipline Practical experience - typically 20 years minimum experience in the construction industry and at least 15 years in Temporary Works.
