Community Carer Pay: £13.85 - £14.40 per hour

Shift Patterns We offer flexible working opportunities within the following shift times:
7:00am - 2:00pm
4:00pm - 10:00pm
Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends .
Key Responsibilities As a Community Carer, you will:
Support clients with personal care and medication assistance
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence
Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A genuine passion for helping others
Excellent communication skills
A reliable and compassionate approach
Availability to work alternate weekends
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
The right to work in the UK
