🏢 The Role

As Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced office environment, acting as the face of the workplace and supporting a range of operational functions.


Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a professional and welcoming front-of-house / reception service
* Conducting regular floor walks to maintain workplace standards
* Overseeing postroom and distribution services
* Logging and coordinating maintenance issues via CAFM/helpdesk systems
* Supporting internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless workplace experience

* Confident working across reception, facilities, and workplace services
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
