This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who is looking to step into a broader, end‑to‑end role, taking ownership of new business opportunities while developing their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This hands-on position offers exposure to the full commercial process, from identifying new opportunities through to delivering tailored solutions and managing accounts. The successful candidate will combine sales capability with strong organisation, commercial awareness, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Key responsibilities will include:

* Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
* Negotiating pricing and lead times to achieve commercially viable solutions
* Producing accurate quotations and tailored proposals
* Managing orders from enquiry through to delivery, liaising closely with internal teams
* Developing long-term client relationships and identifying repeat business opportunities

You are likely to have:
* Commercial awareness, with an understanding of pricing, margin, and negotiation

* The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, driven approach and a willingness to learn
Experience within a product-based environment such as sourcing, printing, branded merchandise, or supplier management would be advantageous but is not essential.
