1. Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter and assisting on the shop floor to deliver a seamless sales experience
2. Process sales and refunds accurately while maintaining high showroom standards that reflect our brand
3. Deliver exceptional customer service by matching customers with the right products and ensuring every transaction is charged to the correct account
4. Prepare and load customer orders and complete all sales documentation accurately and on time
