Our Risk and Compliance team plays a vital role in fostering a strong culture of compliance across the firm. From client onboarding through to the completion of instructions, we support Anti-Money Laundering compliance, including source of funds and wealth checks. ?
The team also handles conflict and conductqueries, professional indemnity and general insurance renewals, complaints, claims, and circumstances, dataprivacyand procurement processes.Beyond this, weassistwithdue diligence for mergers and acquisitions, HR support, risk assessments, andcyber security as well as picking upad hoc project work.
By partnering closely with both legal and support teams, we ensure our regulatory and ethical obligations are met whilemaintaininga high standard of client service.

Client Onboarding & Compliance:
1. Oversee client onboarding and matter opening processes.
2. Assistingwith the day-to-day client onboarding, dealing with more complexmattersand providing holiday cover.
