Job Description Helpdesk Coordinator/Maintenance Administrator St Albans - AL1 Permanent Full Time Salary to £28,000 Plus Package We are working with a national facilities management contractor who have an excellent industry reputation, look after their staff well and have very established and stable contracts nationally. Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a helpdesk/maintenance coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will provide a first line helpdesk service on a variety of facilities maintenance requirements. Faults are reported via email or phone which need to be logged accurately on our CAFM system, then logically planned and allocated to engineers based on priority, skillset and location, these faults then need to be monitored through to completion. The role involves reactive work on the railway covering fabric, mechanical and electrical faults. Role : To manage incoming reactive maintenance helpdesk jobs on various contracts, raising, allocating, reviewing, reworking and signing off Liaising with engineers and subcontractors throughout the day Daily monitoring of CAFM system to ensure that helpdesk faults and work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for client queries or concerns Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls as Manage daily e-mails, personal and helpdesk mailbox, responding and actioning as Liaising with wider team members where necessary to ensure the best resolution Completing administration tasks including daily reporting and signing off work Person : Experience with planning and scheduling of engineers Knowledge of facilities maintenance The ability to make decisions, take ownership and use your own initiative to resolve problems Exceptional customer service and administration skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional The proven ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations Package : Base salary to £28,000 Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension Genuine progression in a friendly and growing business.
