Im recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS business in the Short-Term Rental (STR) / PropTech space.
This role is offered on a full-time contractor basis (not PAYE).
The Role
Youll own the full sales cycle, running high-quality discovery, demo, and negotiation conversations with short-term rental operators. The focus is on driving new, renewable MRR through consultative, value-based selling, with strong CRM and forecasting discipline.
Youll act as a trusted advisor to prospects and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain minimum 2x pipeline coverage
* Run consultative discovery calls and value-led demos
* Forecast accurately and close high-value deals
* Identify and research STR operators for outbound activity
* Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
About You
1. 2+ years full-cycle SaaS sales experience (inbound & outbound)
2. Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
