The purpose of the role is to schedule and coordinate planned works across multidisciplinary trade teams, ensuring improvement and safety works are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You will play a key role in supporting HomeFix's goal of achieving right‑first‑time fixes and helping the wider Saxon Weald achieve our purpose of enabling positive life chances by providing safe and secure homes.

Qualifications and Experience
* Be confident in general office administration and using MS Office.
* Have a good attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks.
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
* Be assertive and collaborative, building strong relationships across teams.
* Ideally, have experience in social housing repair services or a customer service environment, though this is not essential.
