Join Masons Solicitors as a Paralegal in Gravesend. In this role, you will support our legal team by managing case files, conducting research, and assisting with client communications. Responsibilities
* Assist solicitors with preparing legal documents and case files.
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
* Manage and organize case documentation efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
* Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining case schedules.
* Utilize Microsoft Office tools to draft and review documents.
* Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive collaboration.
* Qualifications - Law degree/LPC
* Proven communication skills and proficiency in English.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Basic IT skills relevant to legal work.
* Prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
