My client is seeking a CRM Manager to lead and evolve their customer engagement strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take full ownership of the CRM programme, driving retention, loyalty, and growth across digital and retail channels. You’ll develop and optimise CRM journeys, manage segmentation, and use data to inform strategy and campaign planning. Collaborating across marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams, you'll ensure communications are relevant, impactful, and on-brand. You'll also oversee the CRM tech stack, support integration efforts, and lead initiatives like referral programmes and loyalty development.
The ideal candidate will have CRM or email marketing experience, a strong grasp of data-driven strategy, and ideally knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify. A background or interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus, alongside strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
