Property Manager Vacancy in West Norfolk
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and assist in the management of our diverse portfolio of residential and block properties.
We're continuing to rapidly expand in a growing and increasingly professional niche of the property industry, we're looking for the right people to join us on our journey.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the management of a portfolio of residential properties & blocks;
· Build positive relationships with our clients and stakeholders;
· Be seen at client properties, conducting regular inspections;
· Manage enquiries & correspond with our stakeholders, by phone, email and in writing;
· Raising works orders and liaison with contractors to complete actions;
· Ensuring our clients receive quality services and value for money;
· Attending and assisting with AGM's, resident and site meetings;
· Maintaining and promoting the company as a specialist service provider;
Requirements:
· Previous experience in property management would be desirable but not essential.
· A knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards would be desirable but not essential.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people is essential.
· Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
· Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Full, clean driving licence
· A strong focus on customer service;
· Knowledge or experience from a related role would be desirable but not essential.
· A desire to progress within the company / industry;
· IT literate & eager to embrace technology;
· Your most important quality is having the right attitude for the job

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week)
Potential for out of hours work required (AGM's/meetings) for which you will be compensated accordingly.
Remuneration: From £24,000.00 per year
Location: King's Lynn primarily but Hunstanton as required (and various site visits around Norfolk)
