Main duties of the job

Person Specification
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar leadership or management position within the care sector, as well as a strong understanding of care home operations and regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also essential, as is the ability to lead and motivate a team.
