ASAP Start - Full-Time Role
A welcoming and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in West Berkshire is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated team. This full-time position is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, or anyone with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people. You will be working with students aged 5 to 19 who present with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma-related behaviours, and other additional needs.
Key Details
* Role: Behaviour Mentor
* Location: West Berkshire
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Age Group: Children and young people aged 5 to 19
Responsibilities
* Implement de-escalation strategies and behaviour intervention plans whilst working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals.
* Help students regulate their emotions and engage positively in learning.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideal for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, or related fields with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
* Ability to work with students aged 5 to 19 presenting with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma-related behaviours, and other additional needs.
