The Role
* Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem from the ground up.
* Develop and execute a full-funnel partnership strategy, from identification to revenue generation.
* Formalise and optimise existing consultant and partner networks into a structured programme.
* Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partner relationships.
* Engage senior stakeholders and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Requirements
* Proven experience building consultant or lead‑generation partnerships from scratch in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Full‑funnel partnership management experience: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to convert relationships into measurable business outcomes.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, self‑starting, and comfortable operating in minimal‑infrastructure settings.
* Established networks across relevant verticals and geographies, ideally UK, Ireland, or Middle East.
* Ability to act decisively, thrive in ambiguity, and balance strategy with hands‑on execution.
