We are recruiting for a SHE Advisor to join the team to provide specialist Health & Safety support to the factory. This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the SHE Manager on site. The Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe following a £500 million investment over the last few years. The factory is a Centre of excellence for Nescafé products, producing freeze‑dried, spray‑dried and pod coffee technologies and is at the forefront of coffee innovation globally.
Responsibilities
* Support incident investigations & reporting as required, helping to provide root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Support maintenance of the factory SHE Management systems including the ISO14001, ISO50001 and OHSAS45001 certifications.
* Work closely with the Occupational Health team to ensure factory compliance with health surveillance programmes, case management support and upkeep of the site First Aid facilities.
* Play a key role in maintaining site security arrangements, audits and improvement plans.
* Implement and develop site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents, zero harm and zero incidents.

The person that is successful in this role will demonstrate a passion and drive for improvement in SHE in all aspects of our operations. Ideally, you will bring previous experience from a Health & Safety role within an FMCG environment or similar.
Qualifications
* Recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent) – Essential
* ISEP Certificate / Diploma, PISEP status, NEBOSH Environmental Certificate / Diploma, Environmental Diploma – Desirable
* Experience operating environmental management systems, working with regulators and driving environmental improvements – Desirable
