At an exciting juncture within our Finance Operations team we are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to perform various tasks within Finance Operations. Whilst this role is assigned to the Credit Control team, we expect you to also develop your knowledge and expertise to cover tasks in Invoicing, Cashiering, Accounts Payable and Transformation. Main Duties: Maintenance of credit control inboxes (48 hour SLA) Take notes of calls from clients and distribute to relevant credit controller Delegation of emails to relevant parties Where appropriate issue copy invoices to clients including the update of ARCS system Maintenance of Debt Write offs in line with appropriate approval Maintenance of ARCS assignments managing the workflow at firm level Assist with client onboarding where required (NBI) Key Skills: Strong inter-personal skills Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to meet targets and deadlines A flexible approach to working hours Detail oriented approach with significant emphasis on achieving a high quality of work A confident user of Microsoft packages to intermediary level Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment At DWF, we deeply appreciate the significance of offering a comprehensive rewards package that extends beyond a basic salary.
