About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Distribution company are currently recruiting a Management Accountant to join them on-site on a full time basis. They are known for their innovative and high-quality products, and pride themselves on their impressive service.This role requires a site-based presence.
Job Description
Management Accountant duties include;
3. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles
5. Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
6. Monitor financial performance against KPIs and business targets
7. Preparation of year end accounts, audit management and external financial reporting processes
8. Review, refine, and optimise internal reporting tools and dashboards
9. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
10. Assist with cash flow forecasting and cost analysis
The Successful Applicant
The successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A formal qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
12. Previous Management accounting experience is required
13. Experience of working on Sage X3 or other similar ERP systems
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Strong Excel skills
16. A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
17. MUST DRIVE to get to the location
