Job Description
3. Process payroll for a portfolio of clients in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and legislative requirements.
5. Handle payroll queries from clients and employees with professionalism and clarity.
6. Manage auto-enrolment pension processes and contributions.
7. Prepare and submit RTI submissions, including FPS and EPS reports.
8. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity at all times.
9. Assist with year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
10. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure seamless operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Payroller should have:
11. Previous experience in payroll processing within the professional services industry.
12. Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll legislation.
13. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
16. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.

17. A salary of £30,000 to £33,000 per year, depending on experience.
