Key Requirements & Skills
* 1+ years of experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting, either professionally or personally.
* Essential qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).
* Proven skills in classroom management, individualised learning support, and professional knowledge of SEN and child development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special needs.
