Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist for a Permanent position with our esteemed private client based in Lincoln. The successful candidate will provide psychological support to The Children and Young Adults suffering with either neurodiversity or developmental trauma
Job Purpose: Clinical Psychologist
Pay Rate: £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Lincoln/hybrid
Contract: 22.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct specialist assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions within the Neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD) or Attachment/Trauma pathways.
2. Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to clinical assessments and interventions.
3. Provide high-quality assessments for children, young people, and families, particularly in adoption, looked-after, or special guardianship contexts.
4. Formulate treatment plans using psychological models to address complex trauma or neurodevelopmental needs.
5. Manage your caseload independently, maintaining high standards of care.
6. Support service development alongside department leads.
7. Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
8. Travel within Lincolnshire if required.
Essential Criteria:
9. HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
10. Expertise in either Neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD) or Attachment/Trauma pathways.
11. Proven ability to conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
