This caseload will consist of Commercial Real Estate matters, ranging from but not being limited to:

* The purchase and sale of Commercial Property
* Leases and lease management work
* Investment
* Development
* Portfolio management
* Corporate support and funding

As the successful candidate, you will:
\n
* Have gained post qualified or traineeship experience in either Commercial, Residential or Rural Property law
* Be able to display a true passion and desire to pursue a long-term career within Commercial Real Estate
* Have commercial awareness and a willingness to be involved in business development initiatives
