Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to coordinate a small team and shape product marketing strategies across the business.
Working closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and product management teams, you’ll help develop product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaign alignment with business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering collaboration.
To promote work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight schedule, offering compressed hours and every other Friday off.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Planning and executing product launch campaigns with internal teams.
* Developing clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
* Creating and maintaining marketing assets like brochures, animations, and guides.
* Conducting market research to inform product development and marketing decisions.
* Ensuring consistent product messaging across all platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
* Managing project timelines and tasks to keep campaigns on track.
* Maintaining up-to-date product content on digital channels.
* Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements.
* Supporting product events and exhibitions with consistent branding.
* Communicating product updates internally.
* Improving marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
* Providing daily support to the Product Marketing Team and leading team meetings.
Applicants should have proven product marketing experience, particularly in technical or B2B environments, with strong project coordination skills and attention to detail. Experience managing or supervising others is essential, whether formally or informally, with the ability to guide, give feedback, and support colleagues’ growth.
