The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to take ownership of campaign strategy, performance and client growth across a range of ambitious brands.
You’ll sit at the heart of the performance team — leading campaign direction, driving results, and playing a key role in shaping how paid social evolves within the agency.
This is ideal for someone who loves both the data and the creative side of paid social.
The Role
* Own end-to-end management of paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat where relevant)
* Develop performance-led strategies aligned to client objectives
* Lead campaign structure, testing frameworks and optimisation roadmaps
* Analyse performance data and translate insights into action
* Brief and collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts
* Manage budgets effectively to hit CPA / ROAS targets
* Produce clear, commercially focused client reporting
* Contribute to new business pitches and growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years hands-on paid social experience
* Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV, etc.)
* Confident with scaling budgets profitably
* Experience managing five-figure+ monthly budgets
* Comfortable presenting insights to clients
* Commercial mindset — not just platform execution
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points
* Experience in eCommerce / lead gen environments
* Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, or data visualisation platforms
* Experience mentoring execs or juniors
